OSET Technical Support

OSET provides technical support for end-users, IT departments and technical staff, and software developers for application accessibility.

On-going support is available in a variety of formats, whether on-site visits, phone/web-based tech support, or product documentation.

• For JAWS users, even if your application is accessible, we can help you reduce training time and accessibility issues by providing custom help systems. These help systems provide the Jaws user with the detail needed while in-training or new on the job; as well as a reference tool for rarely-used applications or features.
